While our items are made specially for you, we aim to be as helpful and flexible as we can. If we haven't started building your piece yet, we’ll happily assist with a cancellation and treat your request with real care.

Click 'Request Cancellation'. We appreciate hearing from you within 24 hours so we can pause our craft process.

The Simple Details
For standard items, we offer a full refund if you let us know within 24 hours. We try to be flexible if the wood hasn't been cut or prepped yet.
Because bespoke items are made just for your pet, we can't cancel once crafting has begun. However, if we are still in the planning phase, we'll do our best to help you out.
If we cancel your order, we'll send your money back to your original payment method. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to show up.
We treat every situation individually. As a tiny business, these timeframes help us keep creating quality art for you, but we always strive to say yes whenever it is possible.
